First & Second Floor Refurbishment

THE CHALLENGE

Undertaking a full interior refurbishment of the two upper floors while both clients were working from home, juggling zoom calls 24/7 and home-schooling.

After the first day on site the project had to be postponed for 6 weeks due to the first COVID lockdown until it was safe to re-start.

Fast forward six months and with everyone in good health the end result was a transformed living space.

4 more usable bedrooms with bespoke joinery, 2 new ensuites, a new family bathroom plus an inspiring home-office just a 2 second commute from the master bedroom.

The final phase of work planned for late next year will be remodelling the ground floor and building a dramatic new light-filled extension.
