House Refurbishment & Extension Putney

THE CHALLENGE

The house was lived in during the works, so keeping all the plumbing and electrics functioning wasn’t straight forward.

The project took 12 months to complete, coordinating a myriad of different trades and suppliers without any major problems or delays.

Finding a company who could replicate the original plaster arches in the house for the new wall opening into the master ensuite and dressing room was a big win.

Our client’s passion for the Arts & Crafts aesthetic added texture and colour to the large light-filled spaces. Heritage steel doors open out onto a new raised terrace overlooking the large garden which we’re currently landscaping.

The new kitchen is the hub of the house with a new generation electric AGA taking centre stage.

Another project completed without any dramas.
